Edgecortix Pte. Ltd.’s US$20 million Series A Prime funding round

Rajah & Tann Singapore acted for Edgecortix Pte. Ltd. in its Series A Prime funding round, which was led by Global Hands-On VC, a leading Japan-US collaboration focused venture capital and SBI Investment, Japan’s leading venture capital firm. New investor, Renesas Electronics Corporation, a premier supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, and existing investors, Cycle Group and Monozukuri Ventures, have also joined the round. The total fundraising size was around US$20 million. Partners Tracy Ang and Janice Pui led the transaction.
