Salic International Investment Company’s notification process for the share acquisition of Olam Agri Holdings Pte. Ltd. to the Indonesia Competition Commission

We assisted in the notification process for the share acquisition of Olam Agri Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Olam Agri”), a company that operates as a merchant and processor of agricultural goods, by SIIC, a newly established investment company, to the Indonesia Competition Commission (“KPPU”). Our role encompassed preparing and submitting the notification along with all supporting documents to the KPPU. We also provided assistance during the KPPU’s assessment process until the issuance of their opinion on the acquisition. Partners HMBC Rikrik Rizkiyana and Albert Boy Situmorang led the transaction.
