Abu Dhabi National Energy Company’s share acquisition notification to the Indonesia Competition Commission

Assisted the notification of the share acquisition of Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC – Masdar (“Masdar”), a renewable energy company focusing on clean technologies, by TAQA, a fully integrated utility company, with power and water generation, transmission, and distribution assets, as well as upstream and midstream oil and gas operations, to the Indonesia Competition Commission.
