Sale of 28.36% of shares in PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk to Kasikorn bank Public Company Limited

Advising PT Alim Investindo and the other selling shareholders in the sale of 28.36% of their shares in PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk to Kasikorn bank Public Company Limited (“Kbank”) from Thailand.
