Saladin’s series A funding round led by Monk’s Hill Ventures
Acted for Saladin, a Vietnamese Insurtech company, in its Series A funding round led by Monk’s Hill Ventures (with participation from Peak XV Partners, Venturra Capital, and Patamar Capital). The scope of work includes reviewing the share subscription agreement, shareholder’s agreements under Vietnamese laws’ perspective, drafting other transaction documents and providing regulatory advice throughout the fund-raising round. Deputy Managing Partner Logan Leung led the transaction.
