The offering was undertaken to finance Keppel REIT’s acquisition of one-third of the issued share capital in Central Boulevard Pte. Ltd., which holds Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3. Partners Raymond Tong and Tan Si Qi from the Capital Markets Practice led the transaction.
