Worldwide Hotels Group’s S$525 million acquisition of the PARKROYAL

Advised on the S$525 million acquisition of the PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road by Worldwide Hotels Group by way of share sale. This deal marks the largest ever single hotel asset transaction in Singapore, as well as the second largest in Asia Pacific in 2023. Partners Loh Chun Kiat, Norman Ho and Benjamin Tay led the transaction.
