Acted for Ethoz Group Ltd. (“Ethoz”), and Tan Chong Investments Limited (“Tan Chong”) in the S$305 million acquisition by Tan Chong of a remaining 50% stake in Ethoz, a Singapore-based provider of integrated automotive and financing solutions, which valued Ethoz at S$305 million. This transaction represented one of the largest publicly-announced acquisitions in the automotive and financing solutions industry in Singapore in recent years.
