Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., and United Overseas Bank Limited in relation to an equity fund raising of approximately S$300 million by CapitaLand Ascott Trust Management Limited (as manager of CapitaLand Ascott Real Estate Investment Trust) and CapitaLand Ascott Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (as trustee-manager of CapitaLand Ascott Business Trust) as the managers of CapitaLand Ascott Trust. Partners Raymond Tong and Jasselyn Seet led the transaction.
