S$145 million share placement for SGX-Listed Hong Leong Asia to institutional investors

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, successfully acted for Hong Leong Asia Ltd., which is listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, in connection with its placement of 50,000,000 new ordinary shares for an aggregate consideration of S$145 million, by the placement agent, CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd. Partners Cynthia Goh and Tan Si Qi from the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group led the transaction.
