S$100 million divestment of issued share capital in Dyna-Mac Holdings

Acted for KepInvest Holdings Pte. Ltd. in its divestment of the issued share capital in Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd., which is listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, to Hanwha Aerospace Co., Ltd. and Hanwah Ocean Co., Ltd. for an aggregate consideration of S$100 million. KepInvest Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keppel Ltd., which is also listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, and which is a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity. Partners Sandy Foo from the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and Jasselyn Seet from the Capital Markets Practice Group led the transaction.
