Acted in the Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia is involved in the S$1.09 billion equity fund raising undertaken by Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd., as manager of Keppel DC REIT to part-finance its acquisition of an interest in two data centres located at 82 Genting Lane, Singapore. We acted for Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch, UBS AG, Singapore Branch, Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte. and RHB Bank Berhad, acting through its Singapore Branch. Partners Raymond Tong and Jasselyn Seet led the transaction.
