Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Realty Property Investment Pte Ltd in the collective sale of all the strata commercial and residential units, including the common property at 8 Sin Ming Road, Sin Ming Centre (collectively, the “Property”). The firm also acted for Apex Asia Taiseng Pte. Ltd. in the collective acquisition of the Property. Senior Partner Norman Ho and Partners Gazalle Mok and Melvin Tan from the Corporate Real Estate Practice led the transactions.
