VietJet’s landmark agreement for US$3.8 billion worth of Roll-Royce engines.

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, assisted in VietJet’s signing of agreements for 92 Rolls-Royce Trent 7000 engines worth US$3.8 billion one of the largest engine orders in the world this year. The signing ceremony at the UK Prime Minister’s Office in England in presence of Vietnam’s General Secretary To Lam and the UK Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Vietnam underscores the deal’s diplomatic and strategic importance. This deal was led by Head of Aviation, Paul Ng, supported by Partner, Justin Lee; Associate, Nicholas Yeo and Senior Legal Executive, Nguyen Minh-Chau.
