Advised IIF on the issuance of 2023 Green Perpetual Notes (Surat Berharga Perpetual Berwawasan Lingkungan Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Tahun 2023) (“Green Perpetual Notes”) that were publicly offered to the Qualified Institutional Investors (Permodal Profesional). The Perpetual Green Note have been listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange since 10 January 2024 with principal amount of Rp335,190,000,000 and no maturity date. Partners Putu Suryastuti and Bono Daru Adji led the transaction.
