GoTo Group’s merger notifications to the KPPU for two acquisition deals

Assisted the merger notifications to the KPPU for two acquisition deals by GoTo, Indonesia’s biggest tech company, in acquiring PT Kripto Maksima Koin (“KMK”), a local crypto exchange, and PT Swift Shipment Solutions (“SSS”), a local shipping solutions provider. Partners Farid Nasution and Albert Boy Situmorang led the transaction.
