PT DCI Indonesia Tbk’s initial public offering

Acted as lead counsel to PT DCI Indonesia Tbk., an Indonesian leading data centre company and the first Tier IV data centre in Southeast Asia, in their Initial Public Offering of 357 million new shares or 15% of their paid-up and issued capital with a total amount of more than IDR 150 billion. The shares were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 6 January 2021. Partner Tunggul P. Utomo led the transaction.
