PT Bukalapak.com Tbk’s approximately IDR 21.9 trillion IPO on 6 August 2021

Acted as the Indonesian legal counsel to Bukalapak in its approximately IDR 21.9 trillion initial public offering, the first offering by an e-commerce/tech unicorn in Indonesia and the largest IPO size in IDX’s history. The deal won Impact Deal of the Year from Asialaw Awards 2022; IPO Deal of the Year from ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2022; and Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year from In-House Community Deal of the Year 2021. Partners Tunggul Purusa Utomo and Mohamad Renaldi Zulkarnain led the transaction.
