PT Aeon Mall Indonesia’s acquisition of AEON Mall Sentul City

Advised and represented PT Aeon Mall Indonesia, a leading retail company based in Indonesia, on their asset acquisition of AEON Mall Sentul City worth IDR 1.9 trillion (approx. US$131 million). Connected with a luxury apartment and office building, AEON Mall Sentul City is one of the highest-valued property investment in Bogor, West Java. The agreement was signed on 15 April 2021. Partner Yogi Sudrajat led the transaction.
