Pre-conditional Voluntary Offer by PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Pte Ltd for and on behalf of AEM Singapore Pte. Ltd. for CEI Limited

Acting for AEM Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“AEM”) in the pre-conditional voluntary offer (“Offer”) by PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Pte Ltd, for and on behalf of AEM, to acquire all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares (excluding any shares held in treasury) (“Shares”) in the capital of CEI Limited (“CEI”) other than those already held by AEM. Based on the offer consideration of S$1.15 per Share, the Offer values CEI at approximately S$101.1 million. Partner Cynthia Goh is leading the transaction.
