PC Partner Group Limited’s secondary listing on the SGX-ST

Acted for PC Partner Group Limited, a Company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and with a market capitalisation of over HK$1.7 billion in respect of its successful secondary listing on the SGX-ST. This transaction is one of two SGX Mainboard listings of 2024, to date. Partners Howard Cheam, Tan Mui Hui and Tricia Teo led the transaction.
