Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited’s global offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Acted for Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited in its global offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, aiming to raise up to HK$2.78 billion. Nanshan Aluminium, a spin-off from Shandong Nanshan Aluminium (which is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange), is the second-largest alumina producer in Southeast Asia. Partners Howard Cheam and Cynthia Wu from the Capital Markets Practice led the transaction.
