MODS Evergreen Investments Limited’s US$815,000 acquisition of land in 5-star golf resort

Representing MODS Evergreen Investments Limited, a Singaporean company, in its US$815,000 transaction by establishing Thai entities, where we conduct due diligence, prepare relevant agreements, and attend the closing for acquiring the land in a 5-star golf resort in Phuket.
