Advised Mitsuuroko Group Holdings Co., Ltd. in its S$87.2 million acquisition of General Storage Company Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries through a wholly-owned subsidiary of MGH. GSC was a subsidiary of the SingPost Group that offers 24-hours private self storage and warehouse facilities in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong under the names of “Lock + Store” and “The Store House”, with 12 store locations situated across Singapore.
