Migo Indonesia’s US$40 million investment by PT MNC Vision Networks

Acted for PT Teknologi Migo Indonesia, the Indonesian operating company of Migo, a disruptive last-mile content delivery platform founded by E Ink inventor Barrett Comiskey and backed by Temasek and YouTube’s Co-Founder, in its US$40 million investment by PT MNC Vision Networks. Partners Ahmad Fikri Assegaf and Muhammad Iqsan Sirie and Foreign Counsel Carol Lim led the transaction.
