Assisting Midea Intelligent Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. with the acquisition of lands for the development of a smart air-conditioning and refrigerator factory valued at over US$6 million. The acquisition is a key investment to support Midea’s expansion in exporting intelligent products globally, and is important in strengthening its global market presence.
