Merger between Perusahaan Umum DAMRI and Perusahaan Umum Pengangkutan Penumpang Djakarta

Advised Perusahaan Umum DAMRI (“Perum DAMRI”) and Perusahaan Umum Pengangkutan Penumpang Djakarta (“Perum PPD”) on the aspects of laws and regulations related to the merger transaction, conducted a legal due diligence exercise, and collaborated with other consultants in preparing, revising, and finalising auxiliary documents related to the merger transaction.
