Acted as Indonesian counsel to Marubeni Growth Capital Asia Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Japanese conglomerate Marubeni, as it ventured into the healthcare sector through the acquisition of a significant minority stake in PT One-Ject Indonesia. This minority stake acquisition involved the issuance of new shares and the sale and purchase of existing shares. Partners Bono Daru Adji and Valerie Ngooi led the transaction.
