S$23.3 million mandatory conditional cash offer of shares of ICP Limited

Advised the offeror in the mandatory conditional cash offer of the shares of ICP Limited, which holds the Asia brand rights to the Travelodge hotel brand. The company also owns and charters two steel petroleum product tankers and is listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Partners Danny Lim and Cheryl Tay led the transaction.
