Listing of Comba Telecom System on the SGX-ST

Acted for the issue manager in the secondary listing of Comba Telecom Systems on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”), making it the first equity listing on the Main Board of the SGX-ST in 2023. Comba Telecom Systems has a primary listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is a global leading solution and service provider of wireless and information communications systems.
