Krungthai Bank PCL’s US$30 million ship financing to Previous Shipping PCL and its subsidiaries

Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited, a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, has acted for Krungthai Bank PCL, a major state-owned commercial bank in Thailand, in its ship financing provided to Precious Shipping PCL, a prominent and established listed company in Thailand operating vessel businesses, and its subsidiaries, with the facilities amount approximately US$30 million. Partners Piroon Saengpakdee and Kamonnete Yongwattananunth from the Corporate & Commercial Practice led the transaction.
