Joint venture between SIA Engineering Company and Cambodia Airport Investment Co Ltd

Acting for and assisting SIAEC in relation to its joint venture with Cambodia Airport Investment Co., Ltd. to establish a line maintenance service at the upcoming Techo International Airport in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, set to open in 2025. We are also advising and assisting SIAEC on the pre-merger notification and filing for advance ruling certificate as required under the Cambodian Law on Competition, which was recently implemented.
