Indonesia Investment Authority and PT MC Urban Development Indonesia’s investment in ESR Group

Acted as the Indonesian counsel to INA, operating through its subsidiary PT Tanam Investasi Indonesia for this specific venture. As investors, INA, alongside PT MC Urban Development Indonesia (“MCUDI“), engaged in a direct equity investment in PT ESR Indonesia Properties One (ESRIP One), PT ESR Indonesia Properties Two (ESRIP Two), and PT ESR Indonesia Properties Three (ESRIP Three), collectively referred to as “ESR Group”. The total subscription price paid by INA and MCUDI for this joint venture amounts to IDR871,879,252,000. Partner Mita Kartohadiprodjo led the transaction.
