Implementation of commercial-scale hydrogen value chain by Mitsubishi Group to supply hydrogen to Singapore

Advising Mitsubishi Group on their implementation of a commercial-scale hydrogen value chain to supply hydrogen to Singapore to be used mainly by local generation companies for power generation.  The legal, commercial and technical feasibility study involves several jurisdictions and we are advising on all Singapore law-related aspects of the project. This is an exciting project that is the first-of-its-kind in commercial-scale and contributes towards Singapore’s climate action plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase energy consumption efficiency in line with the Paris Agreement.
