Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Helicap Pte. Ltd., in its Series B investment round led by Malaysia’s leading independent investment bank, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad. Helicap is a fintech company in the alternative investment and peer-to-peer (P2P) lending space. Partner Terence Quek from the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice led the transaction.
