Government guarantee to secure bonds issued by PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk

Advised Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia in providing government guarantee to secure the IDR 1.77 trillion bonds issued by PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The guarantee was granted as part of the state’s national economic recovery program post COVID-19 pandemic. Partners Ibrahim Sjarief Assegaf and Tracy Tania led the transaction.
