Acting for Mr I Gyeong Ho in his capacity as the Administrator of (1) Jisung Shipping Co., Ltd. (2) Mabong Co., Ltd. and (3) Jisung Energy Co. Ltd. in obtaining recognition of Korean Rehabilitation Plans in Singapore under the UNCITRAL Model Law on cross-border insolvency.
