Deleum’s THB 278.8 Million Cross-Border Acquisition of Oilfield Service Assets

Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited and Christopher & Lee Ong, member firms of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Deleum in its acquisition of Thailand-based MPC Future Co. Ltd.’s oilfield service assets and business for THB 278.8 million (approx. RM 60 million). This transaction was led by Partner Melisa Uremovic and Counsel Yingrak Treesaranuwattana from Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited, and by Partners Yon See Ting and Looi Zhi Min from Christopher & Lee Ong as Malaysian counsel.
