Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Coronet Ventures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., the lead investor in the US$7 million seed funding round by Aevice Health Pte. Ltd., Singapore-based digital health company which specialises in providing remote monitoring solutions for chronic respiratory disease management. Coronet Ventures is the Singapore-based venture unit of Cedars-Sinai Intellectual Property. Partner Tracy Ang from the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice led the transaction.
