Collective bargaining negotiations with union

Advising the client in it’s first collective bargaining negotiations with a union representing 200 employees, the outcome of which will affect not only the client’s compensation and benefits structure for at least the next 5 years, but also its overall labour relations status, and the collective bargaining status of its other 1,600 employees in other business lines.
