Cold Storage Singapore (1983) Pte Ltd’s disposal of 100% of the issued share capital of Jelita Property Pte Ltd to Sheng Siong Supermarket Pte Ltd.

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Cold Storage Singapore (1983) Pte Ltd (“Cold Storage”) in the disposal of 100% of the issued share capital of Jelita Property Pte Ltd (“Jelita”) to Sheng Siong Supermarket Pte Ltd. The sale comprises a leaseback arrangement where eight freehold units held by Jelita are to be leased back to Cold Storage for the continued use by its retail operations. Partners Benjamin Tay from the Corporate Real Estate Practice and Favian Tan from the Mergers and Acquisition Practice led the transaction.
