Co-existence agreement between JustCo and Aeon

Advised JustCo on its trade marks in Indonesia, Thailand and China which faced objections based on conflict with Aeon’s JUSCO trade marks, and assisting with a co-existence agreement with Aeon, as well as trade mark registration following the agreement.
