Clime Capital and UOB Venture Management’s Series A equity investment in Nymble Holdings Pte. Ltd.

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, advised Clime Capital, acting through Southeast Asia Clean Energy Fund II Master Pte. Ltd., and UOB Venture Management, acting through Asia Impact Investment Fund II (Singapore) VCC in their Series A equity investment in Nymble Holdings Pte. Ltd., the Singapore holding company of Stride, a cleantech business providing low-cost clean energy solutions to residential and small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) customers in Vietnam. Partner Tracy-Anne Ang from the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Partner Cherie Tan from the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice led the transaction.
