Acting for BreadTalk Group in the S$118 million sale and leaseback of the BreadTalk IHQ Building in Singapore to a consortium led by mainboard-listed Lian Beng Group. The purchasing consortium comprises Lian Beng Group, 32RE Investments and Apricot Capital. BreadTalk Group will lease the 10-storey BreadTalk IHQ Building as an anchor tenant for an initial 10-year period. Partner Elsa Chai is leading the transaction.
