Assisted Baring Private Equity Asia EQT, who acted as the Borrower for a bilateral credit facility under the existing New York Law-governed 1st Lien Credit Agreement and 2nd Lien Credit Agreement, PT Asa Indonesia as Guarantor and Security Provider, and Tricor Services Limited, as the Pledgor, and Security Provider. We provided advisory on Indonesian law matters related to the transaction, as well as the review and negotiation of various security documents required for the perfection of the credit agreements.
