Acted for AURA Group in its Series B follow-on investment into Kim Health Care Group Corporation’s Series B financing round. This US$24m Series B round is led by ABC World Asia, the Singapore-based and Temasek-affiliated private equity fund dedicated to impact investing across Asia. Partner Logan Leung led the transaction.
