Acted for employees of a financial institution in successfully defending against allegations of wide-ranging infringement of a third-party copyright in various print and softcopy materials relating to professional certifications and associated qualifications for investment and financial professionals by reviewing the nature of intellectual property rights in question and alleged breaches of said rights, and raising a series of robust legal defences.
