Advised Coca-Cola on its US$1.02 billion sale of its stake in the Coca-Cola subsidiaries with bottling business in Vietnam and Cambodia to its bottling partner, Swire Pacific Ltd., a Hong Kong-based conglomerate. The deal marks the third restructuring effort of Coca-Cola Vietnam. Partner Vu Thi Que and Senior Counsel Trinh Minh Duc led the transaction.
