Advised Cambodian conglomerate Soma Group in its joint venture with CP Group

Advised and assisted Soma Group Company Limited, a local conglomerate operating various business lines in Cambodia including but not limited to agriculture, education, hospitality, real estate, ICT, media and infrastructure, in its joint venture with CP Group, one of the Thailand’s largest private companies, with regard to Project Megafarm, a major agricultural project in Cambodia.
