Acted for and advised the Siemens group of companies based in Germany in a dispute with a Chinese State Owned Entity, China Machinery Engineering Corporation, concerning work done by Siemens under a €170 million Supply Contract for the supply of various core equipment required for the turnkey construction of a combined cycle gas power plant in Punjab, Pakistan.
